Pay to skin? Jinkies,

BAAAAD idea. Being paid to skin is just sad.

For instance, people come here to test their HTML-ing skills, to improve themselves. And I know they're happy that they can get opinions for free but frankly, paying to skin for others? Its like, paying to teach. Nothanks. Seriously, they should try deleting accounts that are dead (e.g. unvisited for more than a year or something), its way better than paying. Amateurs don't wanna pay to skin, its rideculous -.-

This is just IMHO, ok.
